MM Electrical (‘MM’) has been a long-standing and successful electrical wholesaler in Kalgoorlie. Continued growth and market dominance created the need for a larger, more capable facility to support their expanding operations.
This led to the transition from a 600m² facility to a new, purpose-built site comprising 1,987m² of combined office, showroom, and warehouse space.
Construction commenced in November 2018 and was completed within 30 weeks, meeting both time and budget expectations. The project featured a conventional office-showroom-warehouse layout, constructed using a structural steel portal frame, with concrete floors and aprons forming the base of the structure.
The building’s exterior showcases coloured cladding in mixed materials, creating a modern and clean aesthetic. Surrounding bitumen paving and professional landscaping further enhance the site’s presentation, aligning with MM’s reputation for quality and service in the electrical wholesale industry.
