MM Electrical (‘MM’) is a long time electrical wholesaler in Kalgoorlie.

Successful operations meant that MM had to move into larger premises to continue their market dominance.

This saw them evolve from 600m² of existing to a combined 1987m² of new buildings.

The conventional Office-Showroom-Warehouse started in November 2018 and was delivered in a timely fashion in 30 weeks.

Consisting of structural steel portal and frame construction complete with concrete floor and aprons. The new building utilizes coloured cladding with varying materials to achieve a clean cut and modern look. Bitumen and landscaped externals bring the facility a professional image befitting MM’s status in the service industry.
