Everett Butchers Fit-Out

Everett Butchers engaged Acorp in the fit-out works for their store in a shopping centre that was in the process of being developed in the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

Everett placed high importance on both a functional ‘back of house’ facility as well as a high specification finish to their ‘front of house’, as a key factor for them in achieving their goal of becoming the largest regional butcher in the nation.

The tight timeframe was the governing factor in many decisions made. Everett engaged their architect for design and specification, but all of the many changes and decisions required throughout the process were managed directly between ACorp and Everett, resulting in a finished project that was not compromised and assured value for money for the client. The feature ceiling was an example of how ACorp was able to propose an alternative when the proposed feature ceiling was not possible due to timeframes, costs, availability of materials, and working within the existing structure.

Despite many restrictions and complications during the process, ACorp was able to deliver a high-quality finish, in time for our client to stock up and meet their opening obligations.

Awarded Excellence in Waste Management in the 2022 Goldfields – Esperance Master Builders Building Excellence Awards, by demonstrating and successfully diverting waste from landfill during the construction project.
